The Pathway

A Pathway Into Body-based, Relational, and Restorative Leadership for Women

This training is offered as a pathway, rather than a single course.

You don’t have to see the whole journey at once.
You can begin where you are, and let the rest unfold in its own time.

The Core Training supports you in learning how to hold women’s circles with care, presence, and responsibility.

You’ll be introduced to practical skills, nervous system awareness, and embodied facilitation, in a way that allows you to integrate things slowly, without pressure.

And maybe, from there …

something begins to open… and continues to call.

The Deepening Path is there if you feel drawn to explore the work in a more personal and contextual way.

Here, facilitation deepens into relationship — to yourself, to others, and to the wider systems you are part of.

This space becomes available when the timing feels right for you.

In-person Immersions are about allowing the work to be felt, practiced, and shared in the body, in real time.

They are offered with care, and not on a fixed schedule for those who are ready.

You are not expected to move through every layer.

Each part of the pathway is complete in itself.

You are welcome to follow what feels true for you — at your own pace, in your own way.

Core Training

CURRICULUM

Opening Circle

Establishing the foundation of the space. This includes creating safety, forming the group field, and introducing nervous system awareness in a way that can be felt and embodied.

You will be invited to name your intention, and to begin finding your voice within a shared space, while releasing pressure or the need to perform.

Foundations of Holding Space

Here, you begin to explore what it truly means to hold a circle. The focus shifts away from guiding or fixing, and toward presence, responsibility, and staying with what is happening in real time.

A shift in how you relate to leadership — from doing, to being.

Nervous System & Safety

You are introduced to how the nervous system shapes every group experience. We explore activation and settling, the window of capacity, and the role of co-regulation in creating safety.

At the same time, you begin to notice how your own system responds under pressure, and how to stay with it.

Embodied Presence

This module brings you back into your body as your primary anchor. You learn how to sense the room, while also remaining connected to your own internal experience.

There is a gentle introduction to body-based awareness, including subtle sensitivity to pelvic and sensory intelligence, without overwhelm.

Boundaries & Relational Safety

We begin to work with boundaries in a grounded and practical way — how to feel them, communicate them, and hold them without closing connection.

This often reveals patterns such as over-giving, people-pleasing, or difficulty staying with your own limits.

Voice & Expression

You begin to find your voice as a facilitator. This includes speaking clearly, allowing silence, and inviting others to share without pressure.

The focus is not on saying the right thing, but on speaking from truth rather than approval.

Circle Structure & Flow

You are introduced to the natural rhythm of a circle — how to open, guide, and close a space in a way that feels coherent and supportive.

Simple, grounded ritual begins to emerge here, through intention and pacing.

Group Dynamics

You begin to recognize the different ways women show up in group spaces, and how to respond with awareness without the need to control.

This includes understanding dominant and withdrawn patterns, as well as noticing comparison, projection, and relational dynamics as they arise.

Emotional Holding & Capacity

We explore how to stay present with emotion — including tears, anger, and withdrawal — without needing to fix, rescue, or step away.

You will also begin to recognize your own emotional triggers, and develop the capacity to remain grounded within them.

Introduction to Ritual

You are gently introduced to ritual as a way of bringing meaning, intention, and depth into your circles.

The focus is on simplicity and authenticity, allowing ritual to emerge naturally rather than being performed.

Integration & Practice

You begin to bring everything together through facilitated practice, reflection, and witnessing.

This is a space where your learning becomes lived — and where being seen often becomes part of the process.

Closing Circle

We complete the journey together with space for reflection, integration, and acknowledging what has shifted.

You are supported in taking your next steps, often with a growing sense of confidence, identity, and belonging in this work.

Deepening Path

CURRICULUM

Phase 1

Ritual, Lineage & Personal Herstory

We begin by placing your work within a wider context.

This includes exploring the history of women’s circles in a grounded, global way, while also turning toward your own personal lineage — the experiences, influences, and stories that shape how you show up in a space.

Ritual is approached through meaning and relationship. This includes working with altar building, and developing a personal ritual commitment that feels connected to your life, not separate from it.

There is also space to begin noticing how different life stages are seen and valued, and how belonging can be shaped by what is included, and what has been left out.

This phase deepens your sense of:
identity · belonging · connection to the work

Phase 2

Cyclical Leadership & Body Wisdom

Attention moves toward the body as a source of rhythm and guidance.

We explore cyclical awareness through the menstrual cycle, lunar cycles, and life stages, allowing you to recognize patterns of energy, capacity, and change within yourself.

Your leadership begins to take shape through this awareness. Timing, pacing, and decision-making become more connected to what is actually present in your body.

There will also be space to deepen your understanding of the hormonal landscape of women’s bodies, including a guest-led session that brings additional insight into these transitions.

This phase strengthens:
body awareness · leadership identity · sense of timing

Phase 3

Internalized Systems (Trauma-informed)

We turn toward the wider systems that shape both personal and collective experience.

This includes exploring how capitalism, racism, misogyny, sexism and ageism can show up within individuals, within groups, and within the spaces you hold.

There is space here to notice what arises without stepping away from it. You are supported in staying present with complexity, and in recognizing how these layers influence your facilitation.

This phase brings forward:
awareness of patterns · depth in perception · capacity to stay with complexity

Phase 4

Conflict, Rupture & Repair

Attention moves to moments where tension or disconnection appears.

You work with recognizing early signs of rupture, staying present when something shifts, and allowing space for repair to unfold with care.

This includes staying with difference — across backgrounds, identities, and life stages — while remaining connected to yourself.

This phase deepens:
relational maturity · self-leadership · steadiness in challenging moments

This training is offered to women who have completed the Core Training.
