The Loving No

is a deeply embodied, relational, and compassionate online training for those who have learned to stay connected through people-pleasing, over-giving, or self-abandonment.

If saying no feels frightening, if guilt arises around having needs, or if your body feels exhausted and braced in relationships, this course offers a different way. Through somatic embodiment, nervous-system care, and relational tools, you’ll learn how to feel your boundaries, set them with clarity, and re-affirm them with confidence and self-trust—without becoming hard, reactive, or disconnected. This work is not about pushing people away; it’s about learning how to protect yourself while staying safe, connected, and whole.
